Tao Liyang is a member of the Party Committee of the CPC and the Vice President of the university. He assists the president in teaching management, research and teaching practice, resources, and continuing education management, in charge of the Academic Affairs Office (Experimental Teaching Center), College of Marxism, College of General Education(Sports Department), Industrial College, and Library.
